Getting your Screedex® floor screed system delivered has never been easier. We provide fast, reliable shipping in Australia and the United States, with international quotes available on request. Wherever your project is located, Screedex ensures your order arrives safely so you can start screeding sooner.


Fast Local Order Processing

All Screedex® orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery destination. You will always see your total shipping cost before confirming your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Australia

  • Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days

United States

  • Standard Delivery: up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order or back-ordered item, all items will be held and shipped together once stock is available. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page. These dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We’ll keep you updated by email if anything changes.


Tracking Your Screedex® Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.


Unattended Delivery

By default, orders may be left in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive them. This helps avoid re-delivery delays and fees. If you require a signature on delivery, please notify us in writing before placing your order. Re-delivery fees resulting from a missed or failed delivery are the customer’s responsibility.


Orders Cannot Be Shipped to P.O. Boxes

Please ensure you provide a valid street or premise address when placing your order.


Insurance & Liability

We do not offer shipping insurance. Once your order has been dispatched, Screedex cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit. If your delivery location is not secure, we recommend shipping to a workplace or trusted address.


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our contact page. We’ll investigate promptly and work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Screedex cannot replace or reship packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.


International Shipping

We currently ship Screedex® systems to Australia and the United States via our online store. For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us directly for a shipping quote before placing your order. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
